I’m Joaquin, an Industrial Engineer and Artist, passionate about working as a VFX Tech Artist in the gaming industry. My background in engineering and 2D animation has equipped me with problem-solving abilities, visual storytelling, and design skills. Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked in various industries and cultures, developing strong communication and teamwork skills. I have experience with VFX Systems in both Unity and Unreal Engine, Shaders, Blueprints, Compositing, and Procedural Art, along with knowledge in Python and a solid understanding of C++. Fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, French, and currently learning Catalan, I’m passionate about merging art and technology and continually push myself to stay up-to-date in the field.
